These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and participation in the online training course:
"Scanning the Horizon: Growing Your Opportunities Outside Academia", delivered by Isabelle Fielding Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

By enrolling in this course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. What’s Included

Your enrolment in this course includes:

  • Four live online group coaching/training sessions

  • Access to supporting digital resources

  • Optional exercises, reflection tools, and signposting material

3. Payment and Refunds

  • The full course fee is payable in advance at the time of booking.

  • Payments are securely processed via Payhip

  • You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date.

  • After this time, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • We reserve the right to reschedule, modify or cancel course content or sessions if necessary (e.g. due to illness or technical issues). In such cases, we will provide reasonable alternatives.

  • If we cancel the course entirely, a full refund will be issued.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly in all course interactions.

  • You acknowledge that the course is educational in nature and not a substitute for therapy, legal, or medical advice.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate technology and internet access to participate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials (videos, PDFs, templates, etc.) remain the property of Isabelle Fielding Ltd.

  • You may use them for your personal learning only. You must not share, copy, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

  • We will treat all shared participant information as confidential within group settings.

  • However, as a group programme, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality by other participants. Please share only what you are comfortable disclosing.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. See www.isabellefielding.co.uk/privacy for further details.

9. Liability

  • We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your participation in the course.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

10. Consumer Rights

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to expect services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. If you believe that our services do not meet this standard, you are entitled to request a remedy such as repeat performance or, in some cases, a refund.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
