As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I bring over 25 years’ experience in psychology, leadership development and research to my coaching work. My approach blends curiosity and rigour, combining evidence-based practice with the warmth and humanity that meaningful coaching requires.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what needs to work better, and what impact you want to create. Coaching might focus on confidence, influence, clarity in decision-making, or leading through uncertainty, but ultimately, it’s about helping you think differently, build awareness, and act with intention.

My coaching programmes can be delivered as standalone engagements or integrated within leadership and learning initiatives, and are grounded in evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and clear evaluation frameworks.

As a guide, here's a cost illustration of a typical Executive Coaching programme (per coachee).

Discovery Phase Introductory meeting (60 mins) to explore goals, approach, and fit. Includes contracting and alignment with sponsor (if applicable). One off session
360 Feedback / Insight Gathering Up to six confidential stakeholder interviews to inform coaching goals. Optional 360 summary report included. 2-3 weeks
Coaching Sessions One-to-one coaching focused on agreed goals. Sessions combine reflection, challenge, and practical tools drawn from coaching psychology and behavioural science. 6 × 1-hour sessions over 6 months
Check-in and Integration Optional short reflection call with coachee and line-manager/sponsor Mid-point
Final Reflection and Review Optional closing session with coachee/sponsor to consolidate learning, capture outcomes, and identify next steps. End of programme
Cost £3,000 per coachee
