This workshop equips your team with the tools to foster an environment of trust, respect, and open communication. We’ll explore how to match workplace challenges with a supportive approach and will practice the conversational and behavioural skills that will help your people to feel that they can speak up about their wellbeing without fear of judgement or retribution.

ISABELLE FIELDING

Research and Coaching Psychologist

Isabelle is an accredited coach, trainer and research psychologist. Having worked in a scientific field for over 20 years (psychology, neuroscience and clinical research) and with two psychology degrees (BA and MSc), she helps organisations to bring evidence-based thinking to their coaching and training programmes.

Having spent 10+ years as a Senior Leader in clinical research, Isabelle understands the many demands of working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, leading and managing team dynamics, negotiation and conflict resolution, while at the same time addressing personal and professional wellbeing.

Isabelle has extensive experience of designing and delivering coaching and training programmes, workshops and webinars to a range of groups and she is passionate about creating actionable, engaging and experiential training and coaching sessions.

She has been lucky to work with a variety of clients, including including Permutive Ltd, Leading Minds, Pfizer, Brighton University, Lionheart RCIS, Hello Fresh, Friends of the Earth, Water-Aid and Brand Genetics.

Dr Jane Birrell

Chartered Consulting Clinical Psychologist

Jane has 20 years’ NHS experience working across a spectrum of mental health services and physical health services, both clinically and in leadership. She has led mental health teams and clinical health psychology services across multiple specialties (including chronic pain, diabetes and cancer) and is a consultant to NHS executives on enhancing quality through compassionate culture and workforce wellness.

She specialises in trauma and moral injury (including Trauma Risk Management in systems); long-term health conditions and embodied practice; and mental health. Jane has completed post-qualification CPD in ‘third wave’ CBT approaches (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy; Compassion-focused Therapy);  Neurodiversity; and leadership and is working towards a 6-sigma green belt in quality improvement. She is also an RYT-200 yoga teacher and combines her experiences of embodied practice with psychological science to provide a holistic approach to wellness.

Jane's key interest is in working within systems, using a contextually-driven approach to facilitate change and build a healthful environment within which individuals and teams can thrive.
