ISABELLE FIElDING
Lead Consultant
Isabelle is our founder and lead consultant. A Chartered Coaching Psychologist and researcher, she helps organisations grow compassionate, purpose-led workplaces where people thrive and meaningful impact ripples out to communities.
With over 25 years of experience, Isabelle’s journey has taken her from behavioural science research and leadership development, to coaching C-suite executives, designing team programmes, and leading applied research initiatives. Her work spans a range of sectors and challenges, always grounded in psychology and driven by a commitment to creating real, lasting change.
Isabelle combines deep expertise in research and evaluation with hands-on coaching and strategy to help organisations develop their people, demonstrate impact, and navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Strategist
Jo has one clear mission - to create simple
strategies and programmes that make the
world a better place.
Over the last 19 years her work has taken her from the frontline of a Local Authority, leading national charitable programmes, managing care leavers services, developing business plans for a football club, evaluating and designing mental health services, assessing performance of sports and physical activity organisations. More recently she designed inspiring programmes for the Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales.

Data Insights
Danielle helps organisations turn complex data into insight that drives real-world impact.
With 20 years of research experience in the physical and mental health sectors, she brings clarity, rigour, and strategic thinking to every project. Danielle helps organisations make sense of their data, communicate findings effectively to internal and external audiences, and understand the wider landscape through high-quality literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
She has led work to improve inclusion in research for national NHS bodies and funders, provided the evidence base for a national sport organisation’s mental health strategy, and served as statistical lead on numerous clinical trials focused on improving mental health outcomes.
Danielle uses her balance of deep technical expertise and clear, human approach, to help our clients translate complexity into actionable insight.

Nicola helps leaders and teams grow with clarity, confidence, and emotional awareness.
A Chartered Coaching and Organisational Psychologist and ICF-accredited Leadership Coach, Nicola brings over 15 years of experience across corporate and consulting roles in talent, learning, and leadership development. Her work spans individual and team coaching, helping organisations build stronger, more connected teams grounded in trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.
She has delivered psychometric feedback and coaching for leaders at every level — from managing directors to graduates — across the UK, Europe, and the UAE.
Nicola specialises in developing emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-confidence in leaders, while supporting teams to improve communication, navigate change, and reflect on how group dynamics shape performance.

Evaluation & Impact Specialist
Naomi helps organisations understand what works, why it matters, and how to make a bigger difference.
With over 20 years’ experience in research and evaluation across academic, public, and commercial sectors, Naomi brings a rare blend of academic rigour and real-world insight and a deep commitment to inclusion, participation, and meaningful impact.
A highly experienced evaluator, Naomi has led projects spanning health, education, social innovation and systems change.
Her ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights, helps organisations measure impact, improve delivery, and secure future funding.
Alongside her research and evaluation work, Naomi is an ICF-accredited coach, supporting leaders and teams to reflect on their impact and lead with intention.
