COACHING PROGRAMMES

TURNING LEARNING INTO LASTING CHANGE

When coaching becomes part of how an organisation learns, connects, and leads, the impact reaches far beyond individual growth.
Coaching programmes at scale bring a shared language, stronger relationships, and a deeper capacity to navigate change well. They help leaders and teams not only develop skills, but also embed new ways of thinking, communicating, and working together.

Investing in a coaching programme strengthens your organisation’s ability to:

  • Turn reflection into action - moving from learning to lasting behaviour change
  • Build leadership confidence and capability at multiple levels
  • Create a culture of curiosity, openness, and accountability
  • Align people development with strategic goals and impact

OUR APPROACH

Our programmes are data-informed and context-driven, designed around the real challenges and opportunities your organisation is facing. We start by listening carefully: reviewing available data, gathering insight from your people, and understanding your culture and aspirations.

This ensures that the coaching work is not abstract or theoretical, but directly linked to your organisation’s priorities and realities.

Depending on scale and scope, programmes can involve a team of qualified coaches, ensuring a strong fit between each participant and their coach while maintaining a consistent, values-led framework across the programme.

Throughout the process, we combine the rigour of coaching psychology with the human touch, balancing evidence, reflection and action to help your people create meaningful, sustained change.

"If you want to work with a coach who takes an evidence-based approach to building positive workplace cultures shaped by the best leaders, I definitely recommend Isabelle. She’s great to work with, extremely generous with her knowledge and insight, and has deep understanding of a wide range of models and research that informs how she works with her clients..”
