INSIGHT DISCOVERY & RESEARCH DESIGN

UNDERSTAND WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING SO YOU CAN CREATE CHANGE THAT MATTERS

Every meaningful change begins with understanding.
But organisations often jump straight to solutions before exploring the bigger picture, the behaviours, relationships, assumptions and lived experiences that sit beneath the surface.

Insight & Discovery gives you the space to pause, look closely, and uncover what’s really going on so you can move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Together, we’ll explore the questions that matter most:

  • What’s working well?
  • What needs to work better?
  • What patterns, barriers or blind spots might be harder to see from the inside?
  • And what do your people’s experiences tell us about where change will have the biggest impact?

This is research that feels human, grounded in evidence, informed by real lived experience, and designed to help your organisation grow in the right direction.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach is evidence-based and humanistic. We blend psychological research with deep listening to help organisations make sense of what’s really going on, not just what shows up in spreadsheets or dashboards.

We take time to create psychological safety so people feel able to be honest, thoughtful and reflective. That means the insights we gather aren’t just data points, but meaningful stories that reveal patterns, needs and opportunities.

We work in partnership with you - designing questions together, sense-checking emerging themes, and making sure the process reflects your culture and context. We don't come with quick fixes or one-size-fits-all models, we believe in thoughtful, collaborative work that leads to clarity.

Most importantly, insight is always connected to action. You’ll walk away with grounded, practical recommendations that help you move forward with confidence and strengthen the things that matter most to your people.

"If you want to work with a coach who takes an evidence-based approach to building positive workplace cultures shaped by the best leaders, I definitely recommend Isabelle. She’s great to work with, extremely generous with her knowledge and insight, and has deep understanding of a wide range of models and research that informs how she works with her clients..”
