Mental Health for Managers
Supporting managers to work more confidently with the realities of mental health at work
2 hour workshop (virtual or in-person)
Cost: £750
Work is often talked about as a risk to mental health. But it can also be a protective factor.
The quality of day-to-day management plays a major role in which of those two outcomes is more likely.
Drawing on evidence-based guidance, including NICE recommendations for workplace mental health, this session explores how managers can positively shape the conditions that support wellbeing, without needing to become mental health specialists.
