Every team is unique. Whatever your circumstances, my role is to create the conditions for honest reflection, meaningful dialogue, and forward movement.

As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, my approach draws on psychological theory, behavioural science, and real-world experience to help teams understand not just what is happening, but why.

Over time, this work helps teams move from reacting to circumstances to creating their own impact intentionally, aligning who they are with what they want to achieve together.

PACKAGES

Each programme is tailored to your team’s context, goals, and challenges. We shape every package around what will make the biggest difference for you.

We usually recommend a minimum of one month of discovery to design your programme, and 3 months worth of support, to ensure you have time to embed changes and maintain momentum. Prices start from around £1,750 per month.
